Dr. Shagufta Feroz is Pakistan’s first Physician who is running a Drug-less Family Medicine Clinic for past 17yea s, based on
the principles of Lifestyle Medicine, Integrative Medicine and her independent research •called “Synchronized Lifestyle Modification Program-SLP”

. Her research has given her clarity about human’s Biological Circadian clock, homeostasis, arid their
role in whole health and disease. Out come of her personal dietary modifications lead to positive health, well-being, happiness
and disease reversal.
She had specialized in Family Medicine, done two PhDs from USA in Holistic Nutrition and Integrative Medicine. Her
Certifications from Harvard University has further given her confidence to deal with complicated patients. She is Diplomat
International Board of Lifestyle Medicine and only Fellow of University of Arizona in Integrative Medicine from Pakistan.
