Mr. Rafiq Jaffer
He has worked with 14 UN agencies, over 20 bilateral donors, over 30 international and 200 national NGOs, over 25 government departments, and over 100 public and private universities.
He has trained over 3000 civil servants, 3000 engineers and architects of NESPAK, and 1300 livestock officers of Punjab.
He has written 4 books and over 250 research and evaluation reports, papers, and book chapters, some of which have been published in USA, Canada, Norway and the Netherlands.
He Is the fonding director of the Institute of Social Sciences, established in 1978, and a Director of Entrepreneurship Development Advisory Services (EDAS), set up in 1988.
He is currently working as a national gender consultant for the German government and two international evaluations for the British government.
